 INTRODUCTION

ALBEIT, IN REGNANT TIMES PEOPLE OPT FOR THOSE JOBS WHICH PAY THEM GOOD. I STRONGLY DIS-ACCORD WITH THIS NOTION AS DOING A JOB HALF-HEARTEDLY JUST FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY IS NOT JUST ANNIHILATING FOR THE INDIVIDUAL BUT FOR THE ORGANIZATION AS WELL AS A SOCIETY TOO IN THE LONG RUN. THIS ESSAY WILL ELUCIDATE HOW A BIG PAY WALK OF LIFE, WHICH IS NOT UP TO A PERSONAGE’S SATISFACTION, CAN AFFECT EVERYONE AROUND THEM.

 


BODY PARAGRAPH - 1

WHAT SALARY WILL BE PAID BY THE ORGANIZATION TO THE EMPLOYEE IS THE PRIOR CONCERN OF POPULACES THESE DAYS DISREGARD OF WHETHER THEY WANTED TO DO THE JOB OR WILL IT HAVE A SENSE OF SATISFACTION FOR THEM. EVEN IF THEY GET INTO SUCH A PROFESSION, THEIR HAPPINESS WILL NOT BE EVERLASTING, THEY WOULD PARCH FOR THE WISH OF FULFILLING THE MEANING OF LIFE, WHICH IN TURN WOULD AFFECT THE EMPLOYEE’S MENTAL AND PHYSICAL WELL BEING AND HIS GROWTH WOULD BE STAGNANT. PROJECTING A LIVE EXAMPLE OF A NOBLE PERSON DR. MANMOHAN SINGH, WHO WAS ONCE THE PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA. BEING IN SUCH A PRESTIGIOUS AND WELL-PAID POSITION COULD BE A DREAM OF EVERY INDIVIDUAL BUT IT TURNED OUT TO BE A CURSE FOR DR. MANMOHAN SINGH, AS HE WAS TREATED LIKE A MOPPET IN THE HANDS OF OTHERS.

 

BODY PARAGRAPH - 2

APART FROM THAT, IF AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS IN A HIGHER POSITION EARNING A SALARY IN FIVE OR SIX FIGURES, BUT WITH A LACK OF BARNING NEW THINGS AND NEW CHALLENGES COULD TURN INTO A BORING MUNDANE JOB. AND AFTER A SHORT SPAN OF TIME, HE OR SHE WOULD START LOSING HIS ZEAL IN THE WORK AND COULD BE THE REASON FOR THE SETBACKS FACED BY THEIR ORGANIZATION IN THE FUTURE. EXAMPLI GRATIA, WORLD-RENOWNED SELF-TAUGHT PROPULSION ENGINEER ELON MUSK, IS CONSIDERED TO BE AN INSANE MOGUL BUT HE IS NOT SATISFIED WITH HIS JOB ALONE. HE CONTINUOUSLY STRIVES FOR MORE CHALLENGES AND WORKS RELENTLESSLY TOWARDS THE BETTERMENT OF HUMANITY. THUS, HE NEVER THINKS TWICE ABOUT INVESTING HIS LAST PENNY FROM HIS SAVINGS IN BIG PROJECTS, STARLINK AND NUROLINK TO NAME A FEW, IN ORDER TO CHANGE THE LIVES OF HUMANOIDS ON THE PLANET EARTH.


CONCLUSION

IN CESSATION, I BELIEVE A SALARY IS JUST A NUMBER THAT CAN BE BENEVOLENT TO LIVE A COMFORTABLE LIFE BUT IS IT THE RIGHT WAY TO HAVE MENTAL FULFILLMENT? I GUESS NOT. WITHOUT SATISFACTION, THE JOB WOULD SEEM LIKE A PUNISHMENT TO THE PRISONER AND WOULD NOT PROVE TO BE GOOD FOR ANYONE, NEITHER THE EMPLOYEE NOR THE ORGANIZATION.
