Some people think that teachers should be able to ask disruptive children to leave the class.
Do you think it is the best way to deal with a disruptive child in the classroom?
What other solutions are there?
Teachers are said to be future-makers of students and it is beyond doubt that the future of students can only be lightened with the risen rays of education. Every pupil has the right to education even if he or she is disrupting the class. To me, it is not the only and the best way to ask them to leave the classroom. An alternate solution will be discussed in the upcoming paragraph.
Undoubtedly, leaving class will ultimately bring the students one step back as compared to class attenders. Rather than asking them to leave, it is far better to ask them to join the teachers in front of the class which will not only gain their knowledge but also increase their confidence and allows their brain to think vastly. For example, a child is sitting on the last bench and disturbing the whole class but is very shy, his/her thinking can be affected positively. So, bringing one in front of others is an alternate but better option.
Additionally, providing a separate room with a teacher (who can monitor them) can also make the situation even better. Performing this action will not only help students but also the teachers as they can easily concentrate on all other activities with the rest of the peers. For instance, when any student performs disrupting acts while in class, teachers should move that student to another place that can leave a better message among the students. So migrating those students out of the class can be performed in order to punish them.
CONCLUSION
Eventually, the paragraphs have enlightened the different ways of tackling intentional disruptions in the classrooms. Although I am strictly against this kind of act while studying, alternative methods to deal with them should be adopted to minimize the issue.
