Write a letter to your internet service provider to complain. In this letter ;
- Describe the problem and why you are unhappy.
- Arrange for an engineer to visit your home.
- Request a reduction in your bill.

Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the internet connection which I have been using at my home since January 2021. For the first three months of the year, internet services have been interrupted as well as speedy. Sadly from the last three weeks, things are disgusting that caused me to write this letter.
As far as the internet glitch is concerned, the speed of the connection is terribly low. To exacerbate this further, the internet connection disappears itself in between and reconnects on its own. Due to COVID, my children are taking online classes which are becoming excruciatingly challenging for me as well as for them to continue due to the poor internet availability.
What I honestly feel at this point of time to properly address the problem, requesting a visit of a professionally trained and technically equipped engineer at my home. Whatever is the cause of the issue he will fix it on the spot. I have tried to solve this issue at my level but everything went in vain due to my naive knowledge in this area.
As far as my monthly bill is concerned, since starting I have been paying $60 a month. As I have conveyed earlier month of April and the ongoing month of May are unbearable to me from a technical and financial standpoint. You can not compensate for the technical loss but certainly, you can help me out to bear the monetary loss. I request you to give me at least a 35% reduction in the internet bill for April and May month.
I would highly appreciate it once you favor me in this.
