Solution -
Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to bring this notice to your kind attention that last week, on Monday through your website Amazon.com. I had ordered a pair of shoes of Nike Air that I received yesterday only, sadly they were not in an acceptable condition.
I have been purchasing things from your world-renowned online retail company Amazon.com since May 2018. Without a doubt every time I had received the prominent quality on a genuine price range. Due to this image, I have ordered a pair of sports shoes last week. It was disappointing the laces are not what I had seen in the image provided on the website while ordering. Additionally, I can not wear those shoes with those particular laces, due to this I feel that my purchase has gone in vain.
Now, the way forward is getting my money back so that I can buy another appropriate pair of shoes from some other platform. As I paid the amount from my City Bank account with account number ABC12345, which is on my name Peter Simon. Therefore, I am requesting a full refund of $80 within a week's time in the same account.
Eventually, the damaged article should be returned back to you. TO make the situation favorable to you. I am sharing my address as well as availability details which are 44 Black Stone Road, Singh's apartments, First floor, Brampton. The delivery man can collect the box after 6 o'clock in the evening on workdays while anytime after 8 o'clock in the morning on weekends. For your convenience, the box, shoes, and bills are placed in one package.
I expect prompt and supportive action from you.
Yours Faithfully,
Tony Robbins.
