Some people say that the best way to improve public health is by increasing the number of sports facilities. Others, however, say that this would have little effect and other measures are required.

Discuss both views and give your opinion.



INTRODUCTION

The proliferation of health is linked to sports facilities by a herd of the populace since sports and games prevail well mental and physical fitness of a player. Albeit others and I opine that sports would not be that effective and other methodologies, such as yoga, dance, and gym, are epochal and more influential. 

BODY PARAGRAPH - 1

What is the reason for mortals to believe sports facilities could significantly affect one’s health? The first and foremost reason is that playing a particular sport would lead rabbles to live a salubrious lifestyle. Moreover, sports clubs could train fleets to ameliorate the vocational skills of sports personalities. For instance, folks who play sports are healthier than their counterparts. Sports also shape humanoids’ physic along with strengthening their muscles. Thus, increasing sports amenities such as clubs would prove to be weighty for public health.



BODY PARAGRAPH - 2

Albeit sport is crucial but does not appeal to everyone. What more influences people in regnant time are yoga, gym and, dance. Since these activities are not that tiresome and do not require immense dedication and devotion. And human has always looked for easier ideologies and release rigor. This is how the homo-sapiens psyche works. So their first preference always remains less tedious b jobs such as yoga, gym, and dance which are somewhat entertaining for them. Hence, other alternatives are crucial than sports for public health.

CONCLUSION

To conclude, my personal inclination is towards other health activities namely yoga, dance, and gym for retaining a healthy lifestyle and moreover not everyone is engrossed in sports, so opening more sports amenities would be a wastage of money and time.
