Forests produce fresh oxygen and participate in regulating climate. But every year tree cover of our planet is lessening due to deforestation?
What are the primary causes of deforestation?
What results may it lead?
INTRODUCTION
Earth is a beautiful amalgamation of blue and green cover. Greenland is accountable for oxygen fabrication as well as surveil the climate. However, this woodland is depleting owing to excessive expansion of human colonization and agricultural diversification, which prompts some dire consequences such as the annihilation of animal habitats along with global warming.
BODY PARAGRAPH - 1
Woodland is a boon for homo-sapiens then why is it vanishing rapidly? The reason lies in the human greed for more and more resources, which are utilized to facilitate the human colonies resulting in desertification. For instance, for establishing a humanoid base the basic priority is space and infrastructure which are derived by cutting down green cover on a humongous scale. Apart from this, a mortals’ basic necessity is food which comes from the agro-industry that in turn implicates in less proportion of Greenland to produce more farm fields. Thence exploding population and farming evolution are the illustrious inducements behind deforestation.
BODY PARAGRAPH - 2
What consequences can desertification stir up as denuding could reverberate in the destruction of wildlife habitats, which in turn could culminate in the extinction of some animal or bird species? This can be exemplified by the bird named Dodo which vanished from earth a long time back due to the destruction of its habitat along with some natural causes. Another ramification is the rise of global temperature due to excess carbon dioxide present in the atmosphere whose large amount is absorbed by the trees creating a balance of heat and oxygen in the air. But minute forest cover will make this cumbersome and implicates global warming. Thus habitat destruction and rise of temperature at global temperature are the dangerous concomitants of logging.
CONCLUSION
In denouement, forests are precious possession of nature which are selflessly providing the humans with their basic needs but are mercilessly exhausted due to augmentation of farming fields which concomitant in loss of habitats for animals and global warming.
