Forests produce fresh oxygen and participate in regulating climate. But every year tree cover of our planet is lessening due to deforestation?
What are the primary causes of deforestation?
What results may it lead to?
INTRODUCTION
Earth is a stunning amalgamation of green and blue cover. Greenland fabricates enough oxygen and also synchronizes the climatic conditions, however, why this cover is depleting because of deforestation due to human colonization and agricultural expansion. Also how it leads to dire consequences such as the annihilation of animal habitat along with global warming.
BODY PARAGRAPH - 1
Woodland is a boon for all living beings from where they derive their basic necessities (food, shelter, and more). However, the humans’ greed for the spread of human colonies because of the ameliorating proportion of mortals has almost implicated in vanishing forest cover. This can be exemplified by when a human settlement is established the basic priority is space and infrastructure which are gleaned by clearing a huge acre of land implicating in plummeting green cover. Another prominent facet is the agricultural expansion for feeding all mortals which again put a lot of pressure on the woodland. Thence these are the factors accountable for deforestation.
BODY PARAGRAPH - 2
What consequences can deforestation lead to? Desertification could reverberate in the destruction of wildlife habitats, which subsequently culminate in the extinction of some flora and fauna species. For instance, in India due to denuding the species of wild, Tigers were on the verge of extinction and would have disturbed the food chain. Another grim ramification can be the rise in global temperature affecting the agricultural yield and often leads to insect outbreaks or the spread of an epidemic. For instance, the COVID pandemic is a result of human mistakes of playing with nature killing a wide range of populations worldwide. Thus erosion could lead to very serious issues.
CONCLUSION
To culminate, forests are the most precious possession of nature creating a balance of biodiversity and weather but are mercilessly lacerated due to the augmentation of human provinces along with the proliferation of farming fields which concomitants to loss of habitat and climate warming.
