In the contemporary epoch, every mortal’s life is bustling with stress.
And it takes a toll on our health.
However, in regnant times people have started to pay more attention to their health due to ameliorated medical issues.
They indulge in a variety of healthy activities such as yoga, walking, cycling, and many more.
Albeit I am not a fitness freak but I also indulge in a health activity named walking.
I daily went for an evening walk with my mother.
We go for the walk on the outskirts of my hometown which is just about 2 kilometers from my house.
Since countryside area is adorned with a lush green cover which gives me a serene feeling.
We set out for our walk at 6 p.m. from our house and take a walk till 4 km distance.
On the way, we converse about our day and the next days’ schedule.
Apart from this she also tells me stories of her childhood and some from my childhood too.
Moreover, this area is not much populated and the population is also minimum.
I absolutely adore the greenery and the cool blowing air which takes away all my stress.
Because of very less traffic, we get the leverage of uninterrupted walk.
Apparently, it is a great activity to replenish both physical and mental fitness.
Even it aided me in losing some weight.
However, my favorite healthy activity was interrupted by Covid-19 lockdown when every mortal was prisoned in his own home.
But I again pursued my aerobicized activity once the lockdown was over with the needed precautions.
This activity keeps me fit and thriving.
I enjoy it a lot and I am going to do it to be more energetic and exhilarated.
