INTRODUCTION
In recent times, a noticeable quota of realms had been established some rules and regulations to limit the humongous hours for performing for the co-workers. This essay will discuss the leading reasons behind their introduction as rejuvenation from tremendous stress, what’s more, spending that quality time with family. Albeit, how it is a positive advancement as it will render motivation to them to leverage their time.
BODY PARAGRAPH - 1
What are the leading causes behind their creation? As employees can unwind themselves from gigantic pressures. To epitomize, in the company where my brother works on a white-collar job, workers there are not permitted to execute any task after 5 p.m. As a result, every performer does his work with utter zeal. Secondly, that time span can be deployed with family members and relatives which would bring an amazing balance between work and study. Exampli gratia, my maternal uncle usually gets free at around 5.30 p.m. Thus, he spends plenty of time with his wife and children by doing cooking and visiting some recreational spaces.

How it is not a negative scenario? As they will dedicate each and every ounce to their work. Such as, procrastination would be terminated by them since they will be known to it that they have no further time to utter their tasks. For the anecdote, my father usually finishes his work during his working hours as he knows that in the evening he has to indulge himself in some physical activity to keep himself healthy. As a result, it bestows him the inspiration to complete his work. Consequently, in this way, it would be regarded as a positive trend.
CONCLUSION
This essay has discussed its two pivotal fons-et-origo as getting rid of giant pressure besides bestowing mammoth time to family members. However, how it is a positive aspect as they would feel bolster to completer their work.
