In many countries schools have severe problems with student behavior.

What do you think are the causes of this?

What solutions can you suggest?



INTRODUCTION

School is not just an educational institute but a temple of learning. However, why many sovereign states face huge obstacles as students’ demeanor, maybe due to lack of co-ordination amongst the faculty and pupils, ragging or the absence of moral education at both home as well as school. I believe this could be remedied by teaching moral ethics to peers along with some recreational or group activities to aid in building better courtship amongst the educators and learners. This essay will elucidate these prime factors and some potential rectifications.


BODY PARAGRAPH - 1

Principally, the current scenario is different from antediluvian times when tutors were worshipped, however now are disrespected by the reckless juveniles. The prominent cause is the worst and old education system in an implementation where the focus is on curriculum and this also leads to students being frustrated. And this also becomes the prime reason for disco-ordination amongst the peers and their educators. Apart from this, with more love and care and tones of the syllabus, everyone forgets to teach a child some basic etiquettes as respecting elders and having sympathy towards others. And there is not just one person who is responsible for this, both school and parents hold the accountability which also puts a hindrance in the overall development of the student. For instance, some rich pupils wish to show off their high status at school to their fellow mates or on facilitators. This situation of ragging is adverse in elite schools where the situation is realized but not effectively controlled.



BODY PARAGRAPH - 2

Where there is a problem there always a solution. The first-ever responsibility of academics is to educate students about moral ethics. And educational institutes could organize some recreational activities for both learners and learning enablers as a team, which will facilitate building a healthy relationship amongst both the peers and faculty. Moreover, it will also help to impart self-esteem, understanding, and group mannerism amongst them. Furthermore, strict anti-ragging campus norms will encourage the students to be friendly with each other regardless of their status or religion, or caste. For example, if the school is going to organize a completion then teachers must also participate along with the students and even assist them in preparation, this will ease the discomfort and stress in both the mortals and will bring harmony among everyone.

CONCLUSION

In cessation, the teacher is the one who guides a scholar towards the right path in the darkness of the world but is disrespected by the reckless and frustrated juvenile due to a bad education system with improper ethics which must be added in the syllabi as school is not just accountable for subject learning but also for the complete development of the pupil. This situation is severe but can be rectified by solutions that can be implemented in the curriculum such as group activities along with refreshing activities with the active participation of teachers.
