Bringing in foreign workers to fill positions that domestic workers are unwilling to do can cause problems in the local community and should therefore be stopped?

 

To what extent do you agree with this?

INTRODUCTION

Whether the migration of non-native citizens should be terminated or not, a part of society holds a diversity of opinions. It is considered that for filling seats of native workers who are redundant to do work, exotic workers are being brought which could cause several hurdles. So, it should be ceased. This essay will discuss why I partly concur with this idea as they will internalize their own rules and norms while why I partially disown with this facet as they will endow unique modus operandi to work efficiently.

BODY PARAGRAPH - 1

Why I fractionally embrace this notion as they will bring their own traditions and cultures in the welcoming territory. Such as, they will assimilate their own lingo and etiquette their own lingo and etiquettes. As a result, it would be daunting for the local community to acclimatize their code of conduct. To epitomize, last month, in the company of my father, a plentiful of foreign employees were migrated to fulfill the jobs of supervisors. As a consequence, the company had last its quirky identity due to its distinctive dialects and regulations. Thus, in this way, it would be troublesome for the indigenous locality.

Why I moderately dis-advocate with this through as a heap of unique styles and mechanisms will be shared by them. Such as, they will bestow the knowledge of how to do any specific task digitally or manually with unshakable concentration and with integrity. For instance, a non-local co-worker in the firm of my maternal uncle told him how to make conferences and develop a system electronically to which other workers were deprived. Ergo, it is crystal clear that they will benefit the host nation intellectually and financially.

CONCLUSION

This essay has discussed why I slightly regard this ideology as they will dis-fasten the local personages from their own native customs. Albeit, why I comparatively castigate this statement as several non-identical techniques would be rendered by them.
