What problems does this cause?

What can be done to deal with this situation?






INTRODUCTION

Migration can be seen usually at each and every place in recent times. Vocational such as doctors and educators are abdicating their own financially fragile nations in prolifi\erating number. This essay will discuss its two leading issues such as dis-fastening from their country in its poverty-stricken conditions while its two major solutions are rendering state-of-the-art amenities and providing honour and respect to their humongous hustle.


BODY PARAGRAPH - 1


What are its two principal obstacles? First and foremost is relinquishing their own territory in its awful circumstances. Exempli gratia, from the last 6 years, our country is not drawing because a ton more people like clinicians are quitting their own native country in its worse conditions. Seconds major trouble is that spreading from their own relatives. To epitomize, my father left the country, India four years ago. As a result, we hardly enjoyed and spent our life happily. Since he is a marvelous doctor by profession.

What are its key solutions? Primarily, by bestowing accurate and state-of-the-art amenities they will not endeavour and reckon to go to marvellous territories. Such ad, if the authority will provide up to date equipment to doctors and better infrastructure to teachers, then they will savour their jobs. Another pivotal remedy is by giving respect and regard to their rigorous hard work. Exampli gratia, In my school, I noticed that some of my teachers were not given precise obedience by the M.D. As a result, they thought to shift to other developed countries in which they can unleash their hidden talent. Thus, respect should be given to them.


CONCLUSION

This essay has discussed its two chief troubles such as dissatisfaction from near ones and leaving their room nations in its non-afilient circumstances. However, its two principal measures are endowing appreciation to their outrageously vital hard work and potential besides providing current facilities to them.
