Describe a quiet place you like to spend your time in.

You should say-

  • Where it is?

  • How often you go there?

  • What you do there?

  • And explain why you like the place?





Best Possible Solution ;

  • Human life is full of stress and struggles.

  • Hence why everyone is finding escapes to find some peace in their life.

  • As a result, they try to find a quiet place to manofy themselves.

  • I also know a place where I get my much-needed peace.

  • This place is named as Golden Temple, a Sikhism shrine.

  • Golden temple is located in the golden city Amritsar which is in the state of Punjab.

  • Since I belong to the Sikh community, I got introduced to the serene and religious building at a very early age of my life.

  • From what I can remember, I and my family visit Golden temple every year, at least once.

  • We worship the god in the form of our holy book “Guru Granth Sahib”, which is the symbolism of all ten Gurus of Sikhs.

  • Golden Temple was established by the 4th Guru of Sikhs, Guru Ram Das Ji, however, the foundation was laid by a Muslim, Sai Mia Mir.

  • Apart from this, the Gurudwara also has 4 doors indicating secularism of the religion, vanishing the feelings of disparity amongst humans on various criteria whether color, caste, or any other agenda.

  • Furthermore, the shrine is also adorned with a sacred pool which is prestigious for its sacred water.

  • People believe just one dip in the holy pond and every disease and sorrow would go away.

  • Just like every year, this year I visited the temple with my family in the month of March.

  • We set off early in the morning on our way from home since it was about 6 hours travel from my hometown to the sacred shrine.

  • We reached the pilgrimage at about 12 noon.

  • After removing and submitting the shoes we washed our feet at the entrance and descended the stairs reaching the venue.

  • The view itself made me feel like I am in the sweet embrace of almighty God.

  • Then we took a bath in the sacred pond and pay homage to the holy book. 

  • The serenity of the place along with the sweet hymns took away all my sorrow and stress.

  • This place is close to my heart and I believe this the heaven which people always talk about since it aids me to connect with my soul and feel free.
