i love doing things on regular basis that makes me healthy, active, peak performer and achiever. yes we call these things habits because we do them daily. waking up early and drinking 2 glasses of fresh water is my best and powerful habit that i believe makes me happy and ready for the whole day. i do it because i love my self. i want to live life by respect the blessing of life on regular basis. yes it was little difficult in the beginning but as i am doing it from past three years, i has become permanent part of my mind. yes, it requires a huge self discipline to continue my day with this. every day is not same.sometimes i strictly guide myself to do this in morning. it is excellent for me in many ways like because of waking up early i extend my day with 2 extra hours and by drinking water as first activity of my day, it fills my mind with freshness and high energy. i am always eager to adopt new habits that can give me lifetime positive and constructive outcomes.
