Discuss both these views and give your own opinion. 

Good manners are essential to live a good life. Manners are something that a child learns from his family and from school as well. Both these places are very much foundational in establishing a moral framework in child. However, the topic has been always a debatable one because the role of both parties in shaping a child’s destiny is vital.

Primarily, the parents of a child are his first teachers as they educate him to think, to feel, to express, to listen, to share, to laugh, to walk, to smile and almost every minute thing at very basic level. Moreover, a child is also very much sensitive to learn things from his parents because on them he trusts blindly. Apart from this factor, one more thing is also there, parents can think about their children beyond the possible and they are much more connected to their children biologically as well as emotionally. So it’s quite clear that role of parents in educating their children towards moral values and basic know-how of life is totally imperative.

A sound perspective on this issue is also available and that is about the role of schools in installing worthy manners in children. The role of school atmosphere is of huge importance in teaching moral skills to children as school and children enjoys a healthy time interval for years on daily basis. Somewhere, school teachers are second parents of a child and they seriously mean this job. Importance of school is considerable as far as preparation of a child to become an asset for society is concerned.              

The significant perspective on subject of role of parents and teachers in creating a responsible social citizen out of a child is that both have key roles to play in this.
