Nowadays, the way many
people interact with each other has changed because of technology. In what ways
has the technology affected the types of relationships people make? Has this
become a positive or negative development?
With evolution, new
things emerge. There are certainly new ways of doing things in all walks of
life because the absolute development of technology worldwide. The basic art of
communication is also influenced with this revolution of technology. It is quite
clear that art of sharing thoughts and emotions is very ancient art as well as
a basic need of people. Today also, people love to interact with people but the
platforms have changed. The mindset behind using the sources to share views has
transformed.
Technology has hugely
impacted the communication patterns and it has provided magical opportunities
of connecting to people with whom we want to connect anywhere in the world.
Technology has reduced the time interval in connecting with somebody at other location
and also increased the clarity of communication. It has also reduced the cost
of interaction in many ways. Now one does not need to travel to know the
wellbeing of his beloved. Certainly, relationships got affected with this new
current of advancement in the means of communication.
Perspective of
establishing a relationship and maintaining it has largely changed because
things have become superficial. Yes technology has given us wings but also it
significantly reduced the physical interaction or face to face interaction
within people and as an impact of it, today the relationships are suffering a
lot.
Development is positive
if one considers the advancement part like speed, accuracy, range of
connectivity and opening of new horizons but it is quite dangerous if one looks
the naturality and emotional strengthening of relationships.
