Issue of traffic and pollution is a severe issue for human beings and environment. A nation should be very much responsible towards reducing both these issues. Here, the concept is about taking some concrete steps to mitigate the traffic and pollution problem. One way of doing it is by increasing the petrol prices so that the vehicle users should think twice before taking their vehicles somewhere unimportantly. Somewhere it is a good step towards creating a mindset like petrol is costly and one should be careful in using his vehicle for meaningful tasks.

I am not totally agree with the opinion of increasing petrol prices to create a balance for environment as petrol prices are not the sole factor behind the traffic and pollution issues. There are certain other steps that are quite effective in creating a lasting balance for environment. By implementing driving rules and policies strictly, we can ensure good consequence. Aged vehicles should be banned from further use. By promoting the concept of car-pooling, we can nicely secure our climate as it will reduce the number of cars of road as well as the probabilities of accident.
