Do the advantages of this outweigh the disadvantages?
Learning a new language is always fruitful and provides us new avenues to understand and explore our world. Students at younger age have a keen curiosity towards getting news eyes to feel the outside world. It is a famous wisdom also that if you have a new language with you then you have an additional vision for life. There are certain things that are great with primary school children like powerful learning attitude, innocence towards new things and a great discipline to work on new stuff and a freshness of mindset.
It is of huge importance to install a foreign language in the minds of primary students because it opens their mind towards the new possibilities and new horizons across the world in which they live. At primary age, naturally their have a fresh slate with less things in it so it is quite easy and effective to make them understand the foreign language. Certainly, knowledge of a new language will provide them confidence, wider approach, creativity, sense of bigness of their world, new thinking ways and lot possibilities.
Somewhere, it is also urgent to consider this point that once they finish their primary school they must be liberal to learn the new language. One more powerful scenario is at the age of secondary, they will be in apposition to feel the importance and the availability of changes that new language will bring in their lives. Somewhere, at the secondary stage, they will be more open about understanding the career broadness that learning of new language will incorporate in their professional look.
Still it is highly impact-full to equip the primary students with foreign language than the secondary ones.
