To what extent do you agree or disagree with the opinion?
Everything is of huge use when it is done with intentions to serve the masses. The question of investment of money by government in the field of arts is of great importance because there are exponential returns that are caused by such investments. Both, music and theatre, creates significant impact in the mindset of general public. Efforts of government should be appreciated as they are in the direction of adding colours and encouraging creativity among artists.
Music is life and it frees the emotions of a person and enables a person to think with new perspective. Music is something which is the choice of millions of people. It touches the hearts and creates awareness with positive intentions. Theatre is also a vital part of respecting the culture and making knowledge of the culture available to young generations. Both these platforms are powerful communication tools to connect to the masses. They have their own unique advantages over other media platforms and networking techniques.
Even government should further encourage the research and development in both areas as they are highly productive in conveying great messages to people in a delightful and joyful way.
Yes the question of investment of government money in public services is worthy but there is no use of taking focus from investment in music and theatre back. Even, the investment in elevating the theatre resources and expanding the opportunities in the field of music should be seen as a public service and of course it is because it is for every single person of the country. Money invested in music and theatre is money respected.
