Discuss both these views and give your
own opinion.
The subject of health
is always been of huge concern. Somewhere for the government, it is also a hard
assignment to implement proper strategies related to providing better health
facilities. There are people who think like spreading the sports facilities is
fruitful step. Initiative of bestowing more sports facilities is an appreciable
one.
Once a person goes
through sports schedule daily obviously he keeps his body active and fit. Apart
from physical fitness, sports also introduce a toughness in mental abilities
which is very good. The best thing about sports facilities is it is not an
expensive project when we look at its consequence at mass level in long run.
Certainly, people can be inspired to use physical exercises in their morning
and evening routine as a daily dose of exercise medicines.
But apart from
introducing sports facilities, there are certain other measures are also which
are quite meaningful in this regard. Likewise, people should be motivated to
take walk at least twice a day for 2kilometers. They should also be guided to
take fast food occasionally in their daily routine.
One more interesting
fact about public health is, most of the people do not try anything new in
their routine and choose to become fatty in their physical shape. They should
encourage themselves to learn new things, new skills, new arts and new concepts
because by this they will be utilizing their creative powers in purposeful
works and along with this, they will be making themselves free from a stress
based lifestyle. Such initiatives are far more powerful than providing sports
facilities on mass level.
It is an individual
choice to stay fit or fatty. A lifestyle is the key indicator of a man’s
health.
