What do you think are the causes of these problems and what measures could be taken to solve them?
Lifestyle of people has been totally changed and the consequences of this are quite severe. It is true that people are living a comfortable, hi-tech life and having everything available that was somewhere beyond imagination few decades earlier. There are powerful impacts of fast lifestyle and easy means of living life on health of people. Health is wealth; it is significant even in today’s times. People are badly suffering from serious health issues.
Talking about the causes of this decreased level of fitness there are various factors like wise food quality, eating habits, stuff of the food, passive lifestyle, sitting routine, rich availability extra comfortable transportation means and era of virtual gadgets. On-line revolution is somewhere responsible to bring fatness in people as there are easy and fast shopping options are available.  One more thing, there is almost every useful item is present with shopping list. Interest towards indoor activities and games has also touched the sky and this is causing inactive lifestyle.
As there are problems so there exist solutions also. One can take powerful steps to ensure a fit and slim body likewise he can choose to wake up early, choose to take fast foods occasionally, decide to use stairs twice a day instead of using lifts every time, can take the bold decision of living an rich and purposeful life with vision of daily learning. A person without vision and definite goal is destined to enjoy ill health in his life.
Health issues are quite common in today’s life but the active lifestyle nicely coupled with a meaningful purpose of life is can be a rich source of living a fit and fulfilled life.
