No longer a single career is treated as an appreciable alternative for millennials, in coming years, they will want multiple careers with continued education to have a different life. This trend is going to take place due to two valid reasons: youths are becoming highly ambitious as well as change is happening at a rapid pace.
First cause that will give rise to notion of several careers in a lifetime is millennials have become high-thinking; they want better life with more money coupled with challenging job assignments. For example, in past individuals have been satisfied with a single job that yielded them a moderate earning with ordinary lifestyle but today it is no more a viable alternate. Thus, showing the intent to have more than one job prospect is quite justified.
Apart from it, speed of change has caused everybody to be accustomed with a thinking that a particular study or job could lose its relevance anytime without any forecasting. Such as, many businesses do not exist today that earlier were making huge profits just because their methods or technology have become outdated. For example, blackberry is no more a leader in personal phones. Hence, demons are fully aware of this rapid metamorphism that exists everywhere today, in this environment thinking about learning continuously and in multiple streams seems a good armour.
