To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Since ages, sports have been an instrumental source of imparting health benefits whether they are physical or mental. I am completely agreeing to this.
Primarily, sports have always given rise to opportunities where people who do it, they sweat out, burn calories and move their bodies. Such as, modern technology has simplified life in a big way where all facilities are available to people without putting much physical efforts. In such contexts, people involving in sports activities, they tend to remain in good shape, having great mental health and feeling more satisfied with their life. For example, it is always seen that individuals who go to gym or spend time doing any kind of sports, they live more balanced and confident than those who overlook physical activities or sporting pursuits. Thus, sports enhance well-being.
Adding more it, sports cultivate various essential mental traits like neural vitality, consistent repair of damaged brain cells, keep a person away from mental exhaustion and offer them countless mental benefits. Such as, in present era, every person is loaded mentally, they have tons of weight on their head every moment, under such circumstances, playing football or badminton or cricket for an hour daily, balances every devastating thing for brain. As a result, human beings who adopt sports in their routine, keep their brain active for longer years and grow exponentially.
Last but not the least, sports are a non-expensive time investment in comparison to shopping purposelessly, travelling to places unintentionally and gossiping with people on trivial matters. Due to this, mentally a person stays happy since he is doing sports and having no troubles of money and energy that normally shopping or gossiping contain. For example, sports lover naturally practices frugality and maintain a better control on their mental powers. Thus, sports if it is pursued in routine, offer endless gains.
In conclusion, I must say that sports offer several benefits to people in mental and physical health. It is something that should be a mandatory part of everyone’s life.
