Some people parents today have less time to give to their children. 

Why  it is so ? What are its effects? 

Few individual opine that parents these days are heavily occupied, as a result, impart less time to kids. This essay will discuss two leading factors, increasing number of self priorities of parents and more time spent in commuting while it adverse affects are, sense of unworthiness among children and devastating impact on children development.

First reason why parents render considerably less time is, they have a lot of priorities today since inflation  is an burning agenda among every household, and also, their social media consumes their substantial time. Unlike old times these days parents are always working to meet both ends, give daily time to Facebook , Social media and other apps too. For example, my father is a doctor, along with giving time to his profession, he after coming home spends time on social media too which leaves no time for me. Thus, parents are having dozens of things to do. Consistently, as a result, children suffer eventually.  

Another factor that exacerbates the situation is, skyrocketing commute time which is highly unprecedented. It never occurred in past. Such as, in metropolitans, parents work to make money in morning to evenings. They reluctantly invest time in traffic which harshly affects their personal life.  For example, one of my uncles work in Paris for an IT company in addition to his 9-5 job, he daily gives 3 hours to traffic which leaves only 30 minutes time for my cousin from his father. Consequently escalating traffic hours severely impacts children’s time with parents.

If we talk about what are the effect or consequences of not giving proper concern toward the children are that a child feels loneliness. This isolation further causes depression to a child. A pupil is not able to share his feeling to anyone. Moreover many suicide cases have been increased in this era, loneliness is also one of the causes of it. Additionally, outcome of lack of concern for child is that he feels neglected. He starts thinking negative thoughts which elevate frustration, sorrows, irritation in an individual. Furthermore a child loses his ability to perform better. For example, my aunt and uncle both are working for their daily bread and butter due to which they are not able to give proper attention to my cousin. As a result, he scored minimum marks in his examination. Thus, effects are devastating.  

It has been seen a lot of times that parents are the one who shape the child for their prosperous future. But if parents lack concern for children then it becomes a alarming problem in upcoming generation. In this essay, I have discussed the causes and effects of lack of concern for the children.
