Some people think that students should choose by themself what to study after secondary class.                              

Do you agree or disagree?

A proportion of mankind considers that pupils should opt their subjects according to their choice once they complete secondary education. This essay will discuss why I fully agree to it since students better know their natural talents, it will involve their full dedication and finally they will feel more satisfied in the journey. 

First reason why I  favored this notion because students acknowledge their true likings and dislikings in studies such as, till secondary, a student comes to sense that chemistry is not his cup of tea then it is better, he should choose some other subject but his family and peers cannot recognize this. For example, I chose to study business studies and accountancy. Owing to the fact , it came from my own realization /epiphany that I am honestly good at understanding these subjects . Thus, it is a wise thing to choose subjects by themself. 

Second school of thought about my agreement ; when subjects are taken by students in accordance with their real choice , it will lead to render optimum engagement such as , an imposed task will always lose to a desired task when it comes to energy as desired task will escalate  enthusiasm of students while imposed subjects will do the opposite. For instance, I considered my case if I would taken Science stream , I may not be that much inclusive, involved and full of zest . As a result , students should come forward and take whatever they want to study .

The third reason, why a student should opt a stream himself after secondary class is that it will encourage a child to prove himself right i.e. they can prove that they had taken a right decision and once he is able to prove himself it will increase their confidence level of that person and that individual will start taking all the decisions wisely . Sometimes the imposed career poses a child in depression because he feel study as a burden . This forcefully imposed career drops ability and faith of a child . Additionally, it will also lesson his self -esteem. For example , I took Medical initially that was imposed by my parents as I wanted to take Arts stream . So at that time I lost my interest in studies and felt pressurized , as a result after a month I opted Arts stream and I was fully satisfied with my own decision. 

In a nutshell, this essay has discussed why I supported the ideology of choosing subjects by student himself since it yields, maximum engagement, satisfaction and a fair approach.
