*     Describe a time you received Good Service :-

1.     A Good service is a best advertisement, whenever a service provider gives his best to his client, he grows his business.

2.   I have bought memories when I was attended in a good manner as well as in a terrible manner.

3.    As this Cue card allows me to speak about good service that I received.

4.   I’ll speak about my experience with Punjab National Bank Kurukshetra branch.

5.   I am talking about the time when I went to this bank to open up a new account for me.

6.   My parents already had their accounts with same bank. And they quite satisfied with their services and behavior staff.

7.   It happened to me last month of 10^th October of 2021.

8.   When I visited the bank in order to start bank account, as I am a senior secondary passed out students, so I go alone at all places.

9.   That day as well, I went alone and entered in the bank with a lot of questions.

10.                       Such as where to go first, whom to talk to, where to find form to fill, and a lot of uncertainties.

11.   But on the contrary, a bank official came to me and greeted me and asked me, how can I serve you?

12.                         I replied that, I am new to bank; I want to open my saving account with the bank.

13.                        He guided me to words counter number 3. And told me to get a form and fill it with a minimum deposit of 2000/- and you can start your account.

14.                       He further told me that within 3 working days you will receive full kit of your saving account.

15.                        Within 30minutes, I returned home with a happy face.

16.                        All in all, my journey with the PNB has been a great experience, when I got best service from the other side.
