Some people think that University Students should study subjects they like. Other thinks they should study subject that are helpful in future like Science and Technology.

Discuss both views and give your opinion.

SAMPLE ANSWER:

A section of society opinions that while graduating youngsters should study their favorite subjects while rest of the people believe that education should be job-oriented. The essay will discuss why the former view is righteous and later view is justified, along with personal view subsequently.

Why the first view is righteous, since if they like a subject. they will study without taking it as burden or pressure, as a result, they will enjoy. Such as, a subject becomes implementable when a learner appreciates and understands it. For example, noted essayists, journalists, news anchors and poets do exceptionally well because they use to engage their heart and soul into their education at University. Therefore, a subject should be of a kind that fascinates and captures the interest of a pupil.

Why the second view is justified because to get a degree a student invests, a lot of money as well as a huge amount of energy. Hence, at the last he aims to be employed to live a good life. Such as, Science and Technology are the fields that provide millions of the jobs to youngsters each year. So, to study these subjects is a better alternative. For example, a student takes engineering stream to get a study, has wide scope to live a prosperous career. Hence, to become employable is a major factor after studies which cannot be ignored.

As for as my opinion is concerned, I prefer a study which gives both interests as well as employability. Will it not be better if a study does evoke the interest of a pupil and eventually provides him a handsome career? For example, university should aim at providing education in an interesting manner and teach students entrepreneurship so that they can carve their own path. Ergo, both of the things have their own significance.

This essay has discussed the reason why the first opinion is righteous since personal interest of a student is vital in his studies as well as second view is justified because a study must prepare a learner to earn livelihood. Finally, I presented my view point also.
