Well life is all about learning
and teaching.

I have been learning since birth a
lot of things from parents, teachers, friends and celebrities.
*
As this Cue card allows me to
speak about a person who taught me an
important thing in a life.

Health is wealth and if health is
lost all also is worthless.

Here, I’m going to talk about my
father who is a passionate, optimistic, enthusiastic, fitness freak and a
positive person.
*
Since my childhood, I have been
observing as e morning starts my father begins to perform yoga practice and
immediately after that he does meditation.
*
He gives equal importance to
physical and emotional health.
*
When I was study in 10th
class. I had exam pressure during that my after her trained me on yoga as well
as meditation.

Not only my father educated me on
this but also various ‘You-Tubers’ and celebrities caught my attention.

I have discovered these rituals
have proved blessings for my internal as well as external health.

Now, I committed to practice yoga
for rest for life.
*
All in all, I would like to sum up
my point saying that my father given me a valuable knowledge about maintaining
my fitness.
