Here are his strategies in Speaking Module:
1. They judge everything from start so give them respect and be focused in your answers and gestures with a smile.
2. They are very cooperative with us.
3. Initially they ask general questions to make us feel comfortable and natural.
4. I used hand movements specially where i felt my self unable to explain through words so i took help from my gestures to speak what exactly i wanted to say.
5. Be natural and if you feel that you spelled something wrongly or left any word no issue go with flow and don't worry about it.
6. I used simple vocabulary with few advance words like innovation, advancement, determination, prerequisites...
7. I listened the examiner very carefully to get his questions (my examiner was a foreigner, female, 45 plus, with a little strange pronunciation)
8. If you have quotes or ideas that can click at the point use them. They will help you in sending the clear message to the examiner.
9. Give them the opportunity to listen you with concentration.
10. Stay on track while giving the answers.
11. While coming back after interview give him/her due respect.
12. And one more, do not use the word you and do not recommend anything to him / her like my hometown is great and you should visit there.
