INTRODUCTION

THERE EXISTS A DIVERSITY OF OPINIONS ON THE CONCEPT OF WHAT EXACTLY MAKES A COMPANY SUCCESSFUL AND INFLUENTIAL. THIS ESSAY WILL DISCUSS WHY THERE IS A LEAGUE OF PEOPLE THAT ADVOCATE THE IDEA THAT HEALTHY TEAMWORK IS DEEPLY RESPONSIBLE TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE COLLECTIVE GENIUS OF THE WORKFORCE IS HARNESSED IS JUSTIFIED WHILE WHY REST OF THE INDIVIDUALS WHO GIVE THEIR SUPPORT TO THE NOTION THAT A LEADER IS MUST TO ISSUE MINDFUL INSTRUCTIONS AND SHOWING PEOPLE A PATH OF PROSPERITY IS JUSTIFIED. EVENTUALLY I WILL SHARE MY OWN VIEWPOINT. 



BODY PARAGRAPH 1:

WHY THE FUNDAMENTAL OF TEAMWORK IS ESSENTIAL IN MAKING A COMPANY GROWTH-ORIENTED SINCE EVERY INDIVIDUAL HAS THEIR OWN CREATIVE SKILLS AND IF THEY COOPERATE WITH EACH OTHER, THEN THEY CAN FORM A STRONG COMBINATION THAT CAN HELP ALL OF THEM TO SUCCEED AT ANY VENTURE. FOR EXAMPLE, I HAVE WORKED IN A COMPANY WHERE COLLECTIVE OUTPUT WAS ALWAYS EMPHASISED AS THE BASIC CONCEPT WAS TO BRING OUT BEST IN PEOPLE BY USING PRINCIPLES OF TEAM WORK. AS A RESULT, EVERYONE WAS FEELING UTILIZED AND GIVING THEIR BEST
TO TAKE THE COMPANY ON NEXT LEVEL. THUS, TEAMWORK STANDS AT THE CORE OF AN ORGANISATION’S SUCCESS.

WHY IT IS NEEDED TO HAVE A GOOD LEADER TO PROVIDE CLEAR AND PRODUCTIVE DIRECTIONS TO TEAMMATES BECAUSE A LEADER IS RESPONSIBLE TO THINK LONG-TERM, A LEADER OPERATES WITH A VISION OF DEVELOPING PEOPLE, A LEADER IS ALWAYS THERE TO WALK HIS TALK AND A LEADER IS SOMEONE WHO KEEPS ON REKINDLING THE FLAME INSIDE OF EVERY TEAM MEMBER. FOR EXAMPLE, FAMOUS BUSINESS TYCOON RATTAN TATA IS KNOWN FOR HIS VISIONARY LEADERSHIP WHICH IS SPECIFICALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING TATA GROUP ON UNPRECEDENTED HEIGHTS. EVENTUALLY, WITHOUT A LEADER THERE IS NO LONG-RUN FUTURE EXISTS FOR A CORPORATION. 


CONCLUSION:
