Some people say the main way to be happy in life is to have a lot of money.

How might having a lot of money make people happy?

What other things in life can make people happy?

A section of society opines that the primary method to feel happiness in life is having abundance of financial prosperity. This essay will discuss how having wealth makes people happy because with money, luxury and comforts come and secondly with money, you get an authority in society. Also, this essay will discuss, other things that bring happiness like as good health and positive relationships.



First and foremost, money helps people to buy comforts and better lifestyle that ultimately makes people feel happy. Such as, everyone wants a good life, a comfortable life and best facilities to enjoy which are only possible if you have plenty of money. For example, if you have good money then you can live in bigger and better homes, you can buy better cars, you can have better food and nutrition which a normal person with average income can only think of. Thus, money comforts you and makes you feel happy and alive.



Second reason why money brings happiness is, with the presence of lot of money, an individual gets attention of everybody around him. Until you have big money, no body is there to listen you, rather without money people simply ignore you. For example, in my family one of my relatives is extremely rich, whenever and wherever he goes, every body listens and follows his ideas and thought-process because they consider him as an authority, this makes me relative feel worthy and important person of the society. Hence, with money, a sense of worth arrives.



Lastly, other factors that decide the happiness level are, good health and strong relationships. Firstly, health is wealth and without health, a person always feels worthless and weak so it is supposed as a key pillar that constitutes happiness level of an individual. Secondly, if the relations are positive and strong, then also a person can navigate any storm of his life. Because without good relations, a person feels alone and a lot of mental issues and other challenges visit his life and spoil the life. Hence, other than money, health and relationships are important to give happiness.



In conclusion, this essay has stated why having money makes people happy. Additionally, it has also shed light on what are the two other key things that bring happiness in people’s life?
