ESSAY STATEMENT

It is important for everyone, including youngsters, to save money for their future.

To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

 

Penny saved is penny earned, as per the conventional saying. Unarguably, it is essential to save money for uncertain times in future. This also encompasses young brigade, even for them saving is a must. I fully buy this idea, with my 3 illustrative paragraphs, this will be explained at length.

First of all, saving renders a confidence to people that for their tumultuous times, they have a safety net that can help them bounce back. Such as, it is inevitable that good and bad times do visit us one after the other so it is commendable to have saved money. For example, in the world few years ago, when covid pandemic hit hard the economy, people who had savings were quite strong and intact in facing those freezing times. Thus, saving is imperative to make sure, you will have safety in future.

Secondly, saving money is also important for people since without it, a person stays restricted from hand to mouth, as a result, for their medical, children education, career betterment and life uncertainties, they look at government or external help, eventually they suffer in the process. Saving noticeably makes a person or family rigid enough to invest in their future without any external help. For example, if I am making good money today but I don’t save for future, then who knows about will I be able to make same money in future or not? Moreover, if I am not able to make that money in future and I didn’t save my income, it will be devastating to me. Thence, for a better future ahead, saving from current income is mandatory.

Last but not the least, people who save remain cool and composed in trying times, which in returns, does not adversely affect their health. Often times, it is seen that when a disaster comes and you have nothing in your pocket to handle, either you or any of your family members tend to suffer by it mentally. Sometimes, this loss is irreparable. For example, you are making money and also saving some part of it, any of your family members needs medical care and you have money for that, with a mental peace, you will navigate this situation but for those who are not equipped financially to confront it, will be broken in the journey. Ergo, money saved helps us in multifarious aspects.

In the nutshell, this essay has presented a clear picture about the value of saving money in all kind of life circumstances.
