We have been living in the nuclear age now for over half a century. Since the first atomic bombs have developed nuclear technology has provided governments with the ability to totally destroy the planet. Yet the technology has been put to positive use as an energy source and in certain areas of medicine.

To what extent is nuclear technology a danger to life on earth? What are the benefits and risks associated with its use?

INTRODUCTION

In this state-of-the-art era, every advancement of technology has both gloomy and brighter sides. This essay will discuss why I partly regard the concept of nuclear energy as it is a reliable source besides zero carbon emissions whereas why I have a partial view about its demerits as detrimental harm to aquatic life besides radioactive waste.

BODY PARAGRAPH - 1

Why I moderately concur with its positive side as it is a trustworthy and non-weather source of energy. Such as, nuclear power plants can fabricate at any time. Thus, there is not any sort of dependency on climate as it merely takes water to produce electricity. Secondly, it does not emit any hazardous carbon gases. Exampli gratia, a few years back, the authority of my state inaugurated nuclear power plants as the area has encountered plentiful breathing hurdles due to the release of lethal gases by the burning of fossil fuels. 

BODY PARAGRAPH - 2

Why I fractionally castigate with its darker side as it creates a fatal impact on the life of aquatic animals. Such as, when water is taken out from the sea or lake for heating, it goes back to the sea after releasing the steam from the process. Thus, it causes an alteration in the temperature of the water which is not appropriate for marine animals. Another one is, it discharges heaps of humongously dangerous waste which is usually stored for 15 years. For the anecdote, in Japan, a few years back, the waste of nuclear power plants was dumped into the sail. As a result, the land is now not in any condition to deploy along it is unfertile as well.

CONCLUSION

In the light of this evidence, this essay has elucidated why I comparatively reckon that there are beneficial points of nuclear energy as authentic modus-operandi as well as contamination free. Nevertheless, how is it a permit to earth as a baleful ecosystem for water species along with it, contaminated and toxic rubbishes are releases.
